Bryan Adams: When You Love Someone (Video and Lyrics)
Friday, September 21, 2007
I just love this song and whenever I listened to it, I feel like love really exists. Well I had never seen the video clips till now. I didn’t know the video was featured with the movie of Superman. The video was just too good to be true and it really matches this song. When you love someone, you do any thing, you do crazy things... Superman turned around the world by spinning around the world to save his loved one. Watch this beautifully featured video and enjoy the song with the lyrics below and sing along, “When you love someone - you'll do anything”.

Lyrics
When you love someone - you'll do anything
You'll do all the crazy things that you can't explain
You'll shoot the moon - put out the sun
When you love someone
You'll deny the truth - believe a lie
There'll be times that you'll believe you can really fly
But your lonely nights - have just begun
When you love someone
When you love someone - you'll feel it deep inside
And nothin else can ever change your mind
When you want someone - when you need someone
When you need someone...
When you love someone - you'll sacrifice
You'd give it everything you got and you won't think twice
You'd risk it all - no matter what may come
When you love someone
You'll shoot the moon - put out the sun
When you love someone

Bryan Adams: Heaven (Video and Lyrics)
I don’t know if there is any song of Bryan Adams which I don’t like. Whenever I am in a romantic mood or whenever I feel depressed or miss someone important in my life, I just listened to his songs and it just cools my mind and makes me feel easy. He has that magic in his voice that really touches hearts of millions. This song is one of those magic he created. I have been listening to his songs for couple of decades now, and no matter how many times I listened to it, I never get enough. Heaven is one of my all time favorite song as well. I have listened 100s of times and yet I get the same feeling of calmness every time I listen to it. I hope you will enjoy it too.

Lyrics
Oh - thinkin' about all our younger years
There was only you and me
We were young and wild and free
Now nothin' can take you away from me
We bin down that road before
But that's over now
You keep me comin' back for more
Baby you're all that I want
When you're lyin' here in my arms
I'm findin' it hard to believe
We're in heaven
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart
It isn't too hard to see
We're in heaven
Oh - once in your life you find someone
Who will turn your world around
Bring you up when you're feelin' down
Ya - nothin' could change what you mean to me
Oh there's lots that I could say
But just hold me now
Cause our love will light the way
N' baby you're all that I want
When you're lyin' here in my arms
I'm findin' it hard to believe
We're in heaven
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart
It isn't too hard to see
We're in heaven
I've bin waitin' for so long
For something to arrive
For love to come along
Now our dreams are comin' true
Through the good times and the bad
Ya - I'll be standin' there by you

Lyrics
Oceans apart day after day
And I slowly go insane
I hear your voice on the line
But it doesn't stop the pain
If I see you next to never
How can we say forever
Wherever you go
Whatever you do
I will be right here waiting for you
Whatever it takes
Or how my heart breaks
I will be right here waiting for you
I took for granted, all the times
That I though would last somehow
I hear the laughter, I taste the tears
But I can't get near you now
Oh, can't you see it baby
You've got me goin' CrAzY
Wherever you go
Whatever you do
I will be right here waiting for you
Whatever it takes
Or how my heart breaks
I will be right here waiting for you
I wonder how we can survive
This romance
But in the end if I'm with you
I'll take the chance
Oh, can't you see it baby
You've got me goin' cRaZy
Wherever you go
Whatever you do

Bryan Adams: Everything I Do (I Do It For You)
A lot of my readers and friends have been asking me to post something about Bryan Adams. They wanted to see some videos and lyrics with it in my blog. I just thought I would upload the videos by myself but since it is available in Youtube.com, I thought of simply embedding the videos here with the lyrics. I am as well a huge fan of Bryan Adams, and I had written some posts about him in the past, so it has touched most of my readers and lots of them keep on coming back for other songs by Bryan Adams, but I haven't posted any so they started commenting me personally to post something of him. So today, I am going to post a lot of videos of Bryan Adams with the lyrics in my blog.
First one is my and most of all the fans of Bryan's all time favorite song called Everything I Do (I Do It For You).

Lyrics
Look into my eyes - you will see
What you mean to me
Search your heart - search your soul
And when you find me there you'll search no more
Don't tell me it's not worth tryin' for
You can't tell me it's not worth dyin' for
You know it's true
Everything I do - I do it for you
Look into your heart - you will find
There's nothin' there to hide
Take me as I am - take my life
I would give it all - I would sacrifice
Don't tell me it's not worth fightin' for
I can't help it - there's nothin' I want more
Ya know it's true
Everything I do - I do it for you
There's no love - like your love
And no other - could give more love
There's nowhere - unless you're there
All the time - all the way yeah
(background quiet)
To your heart baby
Oh - you can't tell me it's not worth tryin' for
I can't help it - there's nothin' I want more
I would fight for you - I'd lie for you
Walk the wire for you - ya I'd die for you
Ya know it's true
Everything I do - oooww - I do it for you

Gloomy Sunday - The Suicide Song!
Saturday, July 21, 2007
There have been many debates and still it is yet unknown to me if this really is the song that killed so many people. Personally, I find nothing in this song that would actually lead a normal person to commit suicide. The old soundtrack by Billie Sunday had a ghostly music though. I do find the song with some emotions but it is not that much deep to actually kill a person. I have listened to this song so many times and there are so many singers who have actually sung this song with so many versions. As of yet, I find none of them singing so deeply that would actually kill me. They say it is the lyrics but I have transcribed the lyrics too but yet no suicidal effects whatsoever.
I have collected something about the song from the net and pasted below. Enjoy!
I have collected something about the song from the net and pasted below. Enjoy!
"Gloomy Sunday" (from Hungarian "Szomorú Vasárnap", IPA: ['somoruː 'vɒʃarnɒp]) is a song written by the Hungarian self-taught pianist and composer Rezső Seress in 1933. According to urban legend, it inspired hundreds of suicides. When the song was first marketed in the United States, it became known as the "Hungarian suicide song". There is no systematic substantiation for such claims, as it is not documented where any such allegations appear in press coverage or other publications of the time.
Numerous versions of the song have been recorded and released. Michael Brooks wrote in the program notes for the 10-CD set, "Lady Day" - the Complete Billie Holiday on Columbia, 1933-1944:
"Gloomy Sunday reached America in 1936 and, thanks to a brilliant publicity campaign, became known as The Hungarian Suicide Song. Supposedly after hearing it, distraught lovers were hypnotized into heading straight out of the nearest open window, in much the same fashion as investors after October, 1929; both stories are largely urban myths."
The English lyrics (which reportedly don't do justice to the original Hungarian) go something like this:
Sunday is gloomy, my hours are slumberless.
Dearest, the shadows I live with are numberless.
Little white flowers will never awaken you,
Not where the black coach of sorrow has taken you.
Angels have no thought of ever returning you.
Would they be angry if I thought of joining you?
Gloomy Sunday.
Gloomy is Sunday; with shadows I spend it all.
My heart and I have decided to end it all.
Soon there'll be candles and prayers that are sad, I know.
Death is no dream, for in death I'm caressing you.
With the last breath of my soul I'll be blessing you.
Gloomy Sunday.
On to the legends:
- 1. Up to seventeen suicides were purportedly linked in some way to the song "Gloomy Sunday" in Hungary before the song was (allegedly) banned. These "links" included people who reportedly killed themselves after listening to the song (either from a recording or performed by a band), or who were said to have been found dead with references to "Gloomy Sunday" (and/or its lyrics) in their suicide notes, with "Gloomy Sunday" sheet music in their hands, or with "Gloomy Sunday" playing on gramophones.
I don't know how any of these claims could be verified short of paging through old Hungarian newspapers; even then, it would be difficult at this late date to separate exaggerated and fabricated reports from true ones. I suspect that this portion of the legend is trivially true, a combination of Hungary's historically high suicide rate and the assumption of a causal — rather than a coincidental — relationship between the song and suicides that caused rumors and media reports to be greatly exaggerated.
Hungary has had the highest suicide rate of any country for many years (as high as 45.9 per 100,000 people in 1984), so a few dozen suicides there over a year's time certainly wouldn't have been unusual, even in 1936. Nor is it at all uncommon for suicides to work something from popular songs or books or films into their deaths. Only when one particular song was coincidentally linked to a sufficient number of suicides to draw attention to all the suicides in which it played a part did people start to claim that it was somehow the cause of these deaths.- Many claims are made about the reaction to "Gloomy Sunday" by Hungarian authorities, from "discouraging" public performance of the song to an outright ban on it. I have found no reliable information about when, where, or by whom this song might have been banned in one form or another. My guess, based on similar legends (such as the claim that Donald Duck was banned in insert Scandinavian country of choice), would be that some Hungarian municipalities may have instituted some types of (possibly voluntary) restrictions on the song, but that there was no nation-wide ban on "Gloomy Sunday."
- The claims about American reaction to the song are even wilder. Some sources claim that no "Gloomy Sunday"-inspired suicides were reported in the USA at all, while others attribute cases of suicide (up to "200 worldwide") in both the USA and Britain to the English-language version of "Gloomy Sunday" (including "young jazz fans" who became depressed after hearing Billie Holiday's version of the song). Likewise, while some sources say that there were no restrictions whatsoever placed on the song in the USA, others claim that it was "banned from the airwaves." (Sometimes the ban is said to have been directed at a particular version of the song, such as Billie Holiday's recording of it.) Some sources even claim that a sort of "compromise" ban was enacted as many radio stations played only the instrumental version of the song.
- The "girlfriend who inspired the song committed suicide" claims sounds like an embellishment of the basic legend, as I only found one source that mentioned it. It claimed that Javor "wrote the song for a former girlfriend," and that shortly after its release she committed suicide and left behind a note reading simply "Gloomy Sunday."
- Rezso Seress did indeed commit suicide, jumping from a Budapest building in 1968. This portion of the legend also appears to have been embellished, with some sources claiming that he was depressed because he'd never been able to produce another hit after "Gloomy Sunday."
Below is the song Gloomy Sunday - Billie Sunday Version
This might be scary version though with the different lyrics as well. I find it pretty funny but scary with the instructions. Watch and enjoy but don't commit suicide after you watch it.lol!

Lyrics And Video Cloud #9 - Bryan Adams
Wednesday, July 18, 2007
I have been listening to old songs of one of my favorite Canadian rock singer, Bryan Adams, and I had forgotten most of the visual clips of his songs. So I hopped into youtube.com and tried to find out some visual clips of his old songs. I always loved his songs and the video choreography of his songs are as good as his songs. Suddenly I remembered the song Cloud #9 has one of the coolest visuals. It is filmed in the whitish background with all the clothes, the girl, the refrigerator, the milk inside it, everything in the video is white. It is pretty cool choreography. You have to look at the song to see the beauty of its visual concept and the sweetness of the song.
Lots of my friends have been suggesting me to write something about music and since Bryan Adams is my all time favorite singer, I thought of writing this post and I am sure all of the readers out there will enjoy this post with the video and lyrics available right here in the same page. So enjoy guys and girls!!!
Lyrics of the song:
Clue number one was when you knocked on my door
Clue number two was the look that you wore
N thats when I knew, it was a pretty good sign
That something was wrong up on cloud number nine
Well its a long way up and we wont come down tonight
Well it may be wrong but baby it sure feels right
And the moon is out and the stars are bright
And whatever comes sgonna be alright
Cause tonight you will be mine - up on cloud number nine
And there aint no place that Id rather be
And we cant go back but youre here with me
Yeah, the weather is really fine - up on cloud number nine
Now he hurt you and you hurt me
And that wasnt the way it was supposed to be
So baby tonight lets leave the world behind
And spend some time up on cloud number nine
Well its a long way up and we wont come down tonight
Well it may be wrong but baby it sure feels right
Well we wont come down tonight
Ya we wont come down tonight
No we wont come down tonight
We can watch the world go by - up on cloud number nine

Is Rock and Roll Really Satan’s Prayer?
Monday, May 21, 2007
When I was a kid, I didn’t really listen that much of songs that deeply. Well I did but not that much like I do nowadays. I was kind of outgoing person and love to walk and roam around new places on foot and play lots of outdoor as well as indoor games. Then in my adolescence, I used to listen to lots of songs, mostly rock and roll, and then came the metals and heavy metals. Well I listen to all kind of songs from sentis, jazz and blues to country songs, rock and roll, metal, heavy metal, and much more. I am not that much into hip-hop though. At that time, I used to listen to a lot of rock and roll and stuffs. Lately, Led Zeppelin has become one of my favs, and my all time Starr is still Bryan Adams.
I have one very close friend from the past 5-6 years. He is now a newborn true Christian. He has lots of believe in Christ, being the mercy god and all. It is not that I don’t respect Christ or any god of any beliefs for that matter, I just found something kind of funny about his remarks on rock and roll songs and metal songs. He once told me, “Do you know why we true Christians don’t listen to rock and roll and metal songs?” I knew there was something about them not listening to the song but I wasn’t certain. So I asked, “Why?” He then goes, “We believe those songs are like prayer for Satan. You can actually hear Satan’s prayer if you reverse the tape or the cassette and play it.” Actually, I had done that while I was a kid. I had turned the tape and then I could hear awkward and different sound while the tape is played backwards. His remarks made me laugh for a while thinking that was too weird and stupid remarks not made by him but made by those who actually first commented on that sort of songs. I just think that it doesn’t matter if it is even sung by the devil himself, as long as your heart is pure and you are close to god. Music is something that is meant to calm you down, feel comfortable, groovy, help express yourself, and feel alive. So there is nothing wrong with either rock and roll or metal or whatever devilish songs. I used to love it, am loving it, and will always love music of any kind as long as I think they make me feel alive. I just have three words for all, Rock on dudes!

The Shadows – Nepali Rock Band
Wednesday, March 21, 2007
Though I haven’t listened too much of Nepali songs that passionately, I am trying write some of the things I know about “The Shadows” our own Nepali Rock Band, being them my girlfriend’s favorite band. My friend Bhupesh has been a friend of this band from what I know, but I have never listened to them back then. It’s only when one day my gf told me that I should at least listen to what she likes that I tuned in to their song, and I didn’t find it too bad. They were kinda good. In person as well I have met some of the band members in one of my friends party but haven’t spoken to them quite closely, but they behave like gentlemen and were friendly in behavior too. So now that I have listened to them and met some of them as well, I can tell they are one awesome rock band and cool people to meet.
Here is what I know about the band members:
Nowadays many band members are coming with new energy and excitements from different parts of the country. The Shadows is also the one who came out from Narayangadh, Chitwan, Nepal in the year 1996. It has been nearly 11 years that they have established their band. This unique band has altogether five band members and one band manager.
The Shadows are:
Swapnil Sharma: The main vocalist.
Amit Pradhan: Bass guitar.
Prakash Rasailey: Lead guitar.
Prashant VK: Rhythm guitar.
Bikash Manandhar: Drums.
Rupesh Sen: The band manager.
The album that I have listened of them is Hidne Manchhe Ladchha. Her favorite song is “Prakriti” from the same album. So far I find all of the songs in this album equally cool, heavy metal type songs. Well I hope they will try and keep it on and win people’s heart in years to come.

Bryan Adams - Summer of '69
Friday, March 16, 2007
“I got my first real six-stringBought it at the five-and-dime
Played it till my fingers bled
It was the summer of '69
Me and some guys from school
Had a band and we tried real hard
Jimmy quit and Jody got married
I shoulda known we'd never get far
Oh when I look back now
That summer seemed to last forever
And if I had the choice
Ya - I'd always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life
Ain't no use in complainin'
When you got a job to do
Spent my evenin's down at the drive-in
And that's when I met you
Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me that you'd wait forever
Oh and when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Back in the summer of '69
Man we were killin' time
We were young and restless
We needed to unwind
I guess nothin' can last forever - forever, no
And now the times are changin'
Look at everything that's come and gone
Sometimes when I play that old six-string
I think about ya wonder what went wrong
Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me it would last forever
Oh the way you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Back in the summer of '69
Ah huhhhh.
It was the summer of ’69.
Oh. Yeah.
Yeah my baby it’s ‘69.
Ohhhh.
It was the summer
Summer
Summer of ’69…”
That’s the song that rocked and still rocks my mind whenever I listen to it. Amongst all of this supercool Canadian rock singer, “Summer of ‘69” song just rocks the most. I and my friends have sung this song so many times at picnics, get-together, gatherings, and most of the times when we are in our motorbike ride. It just rocks our brain out shouting out loud and rhyming the summer of 69. It’s something you gotta do to feel it. Just sing out loud with Mr. Adams in our heart. Though we weren’t even born in summer of ’69, we can feel what he means as we had been in those times where we’d feel the same like he felt in his ages.
Something about Summer of ’69:
The song was in the album called Reckless which was released in 1984. It was written by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance. And in 1985, the song became a smash hit in the US and was able to reach the #5 on the Billboard Top 100. It remained there for two weeks. As Mr. Adams got more popular in 1990s and 2000s, the song was hit all over the world.
This song is pretty old but still rocks in the present time of metal and hip hop age. Just touches the heart and makes us dance and jump and shout out loud. It is just awesome!
Bryan Adams

Bryan Adams is one of my favorite singer. His unique voice and his cool songs just makes my mind go easy. He is a Canadian rock singer who was born on born 5tb of November 1959. He is not only a rock singer but a fine guitarist, songwriter, and a photographer too. I find all of his songs so rocking and meaningful, and his unique voice boost his songs. He must have high goals and career in his mind as he quit his high school when he was 15 and used the money that his parents saved to buy a grand piano. Yeah, it really sounds crazy but that’s what he did. He used to play in nightclubs in bands like Shock and Sweeney Todd, which released an album called If Wishes Were Horses with Adams as lead singer. It was in 1978, age 18, when he send a demo recordings to A&M Records in Toronto, and was signed to them not long afterwards for the sum of one dollar. Since then he has written and released 14 albums. “I am ready” and “Remember” was on his first album. His first ever self-titled debut album was released in February of 1980.
No singer can play without a band backup and his band right now has the following lineup:
Keith Scott – Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Mickey Curry – Drums
Gary Breit – Keyboards
Norm Fisher – Bass Guitar
Keith Scott and Mickey Curry has been with him since early 1980s while Gary Briet and Norm Fisher were a part of band since early 2000s. Before them, Tommy Mandel used to play keyboards in the band and Dave Taylor played bass guitar till 1980-1997.
